A common misconception around Winning Technologies is that we are simply a Helpdesk company. NOT TRUE – The Winning Technologies Group of Companies is really a Business Consulting company founded in 2002 by Scott and Lynette Lewis that specializes in the management and use of Technology. One of our basic principles is to educate our clients on how to select, deploy, manage and support technology resources to maximize profits, reduce costs, and to make sure that once technology is in place we get as large a return on that investment as we can.
Part of what we call the Winning Technologies advantage is our ability to own and manage a complete IT solution for our clients. We typically start with a Technology Audit encompassing CIO level consulting, which allows for us to determine where you are right now with your technology, what your business looks like today and where you are going in the future.
The IT audit encompasses infrastructure, hardware and software, phone systems, security, disaster recovery, enterprise solution, IT policy and procedures, file structure, document storage, software evaluation, user training and procedures, strategic planning and budget estimates.
